Redemption Church is a Christian church community located in Seattle, WA. This privacy policy explains how we handle information shared through our SMS prayer request service.

What Information We Collect

When you text a prayer request to our prayer line, we collect:

• Your phone number
• The content of your message
• The date and time it was received

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Receive and read your prayer request
• Allow our prayer team to pray for your request
• Send you a personal response from a prayer team member if they choose to reply

We Will Never:

• Sell or share your information with third parties
• Use your number for marketing or fundraising
• Share your prayer request publicly without your permission

Who Sees Your Requests

Only vetted members of our prayer team have access to prayer requests. They are committed members of our church who treat all requests with confidentiality and care.

Data Storage

Your messages are stored securely in our private database. We use Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant data platform, to store your information.

SMS Specifics

• Message frequency varies based on prayer team responses
• Standard message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving responses
• Reply HELP for assistance

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain prayer requests for 90 days and then delete them from our system.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by texting REMOVE to our prayer line or emailing mark@redemptionchurchseattle.com.
